Tiny Tots

Born in 2022 or 2023

Tiny Tots is our introductory program for our youngest athletes, designed to help children develop fundamental movement skills while having fun.

Little Athletics & Juniors

Born between 2009 and 2021

Our Little Athletics and Juniors program caters for athletes across a wide range of ages and abilities, with opportunities to develop skills and compete in track and field events.

 

Seniors & Masters

Born in 2008 or earlier

Senior athletes can continue their athletics journey through our club and participate in competition suited to their age and ability.

How Are Age Groups Determined?

Our age groups follow a calendar-year system. An athlete's age group is determined by the age they will turn in the calendar year in which the season finishes. For the 2026–27 season, age groups are based on the age an athlete will turn during 2027.

 

For example: If your child turns 6 at any time during 2027, they will compete in the Under 6 (U6) age group for the 2026–27 season.
